Walk and Talk Therapy

We understand that your time is limited and you may want to embrace emotional health and physical health simultaneously. With that in mind, we are happy to offer walk and talk therapy sessions.

Research indicates that even moderate physical exercise can greatly alleviate mental health related symptoms. Benefits may include:

You may be able to work with our adorable canine co-therapist Nomi who, frankly, makes every situation that much more enjoyable.
